Our Story

At Hospitality Namibia, we believe that world-class luxury is defined by the people who deliver it. Founded to support Namibia’s rapidly growing luxury tourism and lodge industry, we provide bespoke operational training and precise recruitment solutions.

We partner closely with elite remote safari lodges, boutique hotels, and corporate properties to optimize front-of-house dynamics, culinary execution, and management infrastructure. Simultaneously, we serve as a vital springboard for ambitious Namibian professionals—equipping them with elite global skill sets and introducing them to career-defining placement networks.

Hospitality Namibia was created by Brousse Recruitment & Training Agency as a dedicated platform focused on elevating Namibia’s hospitality industry through specialized recruitment, leadership development and guest experience training.

While Brousse Recruitment & Training Agency remains the operational foundation behind the business, Hospitality Namibia serves as the public-facing hospitality platform bringing together recruitment, training, consulting, content creation and industry development under one refined brand vision.

Meet the Founder

Léah Brousse
Founder & Managing Director, Brousse Recruitment and Training Agency

For Leah Brousse, world-class hospitality is not defined by infrastructure, but by the heart and motivation of the people who deliver it. Born in France and raised in Germany, Leah’s journey on the African continent began in 2011 when she arrived in South Africa to volunteer. While her career originally started in conservation, her trajectory shifted overnight when she unexpectedly found herself managing a 35-room property. It was during this trial by fire that she discovered her true calling: hospitality operational management and team empowerment.

Over the following years, Leah successfully launched and managed five distinct luxury properties across the region. With each successful opening, she realized that her deepest professional fulfillment came from uplifting her teams and watching local talent thrive. Moving to Namibia in 2019, this core passion crystallized into a permanent mission, leading her to found the Brousse Recruitment and Training Agency in 2022.

Leah dedicates her career to understanding what drives human motivation and how to deliver impactful leadership that inspires genuine growth. Her ultimate goal is to see Namibian hospitality recognized as an international benchmark—one that is led with heart and authentically represents the warmth and spirit of Namibia's people. By actively championing young individuals who are in dire need of professional opportunities, Leah aims to directly impact the country’s high unemployment rate, fostering sustainable growth across the luxury tourism sector she loves.
